On the bus trip from Florence to Rome, through the rolling hill country, we stopped off in Umbria at a family vineyard.  They had prepared a tasty spread for us to pair with the different wines.  If you paid attention you would have learned which wine goes with which food.  That is, if you didn't drink too much of the wine and forgot the lesson.  Oh well, there is my excuse to come back.  The wine tasting included a tour of the vineyard, including a trip to their very deep wine cellar.
