In addition to the guided tour of the unbelievable art in the Vatican museum (from the Egyptians to Modern Art), we stayed an extra day so that we could attend the Pope's Wednesday outdoor audience.  We were surprised to see that many in attendance dressed in Medieval garb for the occasion.  Everyone was excited to catch a glimpse of Papa as he drove through the square in his Pope Mobile.  It was another perfect day in the Holy City.
